Lightworks GmbH expands expertise with the Founding of Lightworks Manufaktur GmbH and the Acquisition of DCS Employees and Production Assets at the New Ingolstadt Location
Lightworks GmbH, a leading company in light system development, is setting the stage for a successful future. By acquiring employees from the renowned company DCS and its production assets,
along with opening a state-of-the-art new location in Ingolstadt in February 2025, the corporate group is establishing new benchmarks in the industry.
The integration of Lightworks’ experienced development team with DCS’s highly skilled staff results in an exceptional expansion of expertise.
This alliance combines technical know-how and innovation to execute demanding projects in the automotive and non-automotive sectors more efficiently and with a greater focus on customer needs.

Lightworks GmbH is already ISO 9001 and TISAX certified, with plans to extend these certifications to the entire group. Additionally, preparations are underway for KBA manufacturer
certification and IATF 16949 certification to ensure the highest quality and safety standards in the automotive industry.
