After studying production engineering in Rosenheim, Christian Winkler began his career at RUETZ Technologies in Munich as a project manager for new technologies. In the further course of his project work, he worked for various automotive suppliers and car manufacturers in development on site. After successfully completing various headlight projects for the client AUDI AG, he took over the management of the RUETZ branch and established a team for the development of lighting systems in the automotive sector. After the takeover by AKKA Germany GmbH, Mr. Winkler was responsible for the AKKA location in Ingolstadt as well as for sales in light development for national and international customers.
Mr. Winkler has been part of the management team at LIGHTWORKS GmbH as sales director since November 2018.
Michael Höfgen acquired extensive knowledge in leading international automotive lighting projects in Germany, Australia and Asia. After studying electrical engineering in Bremen, he began his career as a project manager at Hella KGaA Hueck & Co. and then joined Hella Australia Pty Ltd. as program manager for Asian customers. Soon after he was appointed there as General Manager Engineering & Technology.
In 2008 he returned to Munich and took over the position of COO at the newly founded Compact Power Motors GmbH (CPM). In 2011 he finally took the plunge into entrepreneurship: Michael Höfgen founded LIGHTWORKS GmbH.
As an aerospace engineer, Mathias Rönnfeldt gained interdisciplinary experience as a technical manager with an Italian aircraft manufacturer before getting involved in the automotive industry. Following his return to Germany and his successful studies in aerospace engineering and technology management at the University of the German Federal Armed Forces in Munich, Mathias Rönnfeldt joined the LIGHTWORKS GmbH team in the position of technical director in 2015.
In addition to the operational management of the technical development business within LIGHTWORKS GmbH, Mathias Rönnfeldt has ensured that the smooth running of a wide variety of interior and exterior series development projects for both OEMs and TIERs.
Andreas Rosenlöhner began his commercial career after completing his training as a banker at Bayerische Vereinsbank AG. After taking part in a management trainee program coupled with credit training, he became head of the real estate department at a regional branch of the bank. This was followed by commercial studies at the University of Freiburg in combination with the DIA. After leaving the world of finance, several positions followed at regional SMEs, where he was able to prove his skills in commercial management. In 2007 he took over the management of a specialist insurance broker operating in the marine and aviation sector.
Mr. Rosenlöhner has been part of the successful LIGHTWORKS GmbH team as commercial director since January 2019.
